Die Cuttin' Divas Under The Sea Challenge

I must admit to you that I saw Jaws for the first time at a Drive-In!

Talk about dating yourself, LOL

I thought it would be fun to create a card with a shark for our new challenge

The challenge this week over at Die Cuttin' Divas is "Under The Sea"

.

I found this awesome SVG collection at Birds Cards called Jawsome.

I love pop up cards. This one is so fun to create and I just love how it looks when you open the card.

This is the very cool inside of the card.

.

And here is the front of the card and the envelope:

Can't you just hear the (Jaws theme song) duunnn dunnn... duuuunnnn duun... duuunnnnnnnn dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnn dunnnn

Supplies used: card stock - white, black, blue, red, 2 shades of grey; patterned paper by October Afternoon; cut file from Birds Cards.

Now pop on over to Die Cuttin' Divas and see all the fabulous inspiration the rest of the design team has come up with.

Hope to see you playing along with us!!!!

Die Cuttin' Divas Sci Fi Challenge

I admit that I am part geek!

I loved watching Star Trek when I was young, waited in line to see the original Star Wars back in the day and even loved reading books like Fahrenheit 451. I'm a science fiction girl.

Since it's Tuesday, it's time for a new challenge over at Die Cuttin' Divas

The challenge this week is Sci Fi (aliens, UFO, space)

.

I downloaded a picture of a storm troopers head to my Silhouette Design Studio and turned it into a cut file for my card.

The party hat is a Silhouette cut file and I created the sentiment on my computer using Star Jedi font.

Supplies used: card stock - white, black, blue, red, yellow; patterned paper by October Afternoon; cut file from Silhouette.

Now pop on over to Die Cuttin' Divas and see all the fabulous inspiration the rest of the design team has come up with.

Hope to see you playing along with us!!!!

Everybody needs a little pampering now and then!

For me, it's a pedicure. I love to have my feet scrubbed,  lathered in lotion and a fresh coat of polish on my toes. Ah, a little bit of heaven.

Anyway,  it's Tuesday and time for a new challenge over at Die Cuttin' Divas

The challenge this week is "Spa Time".

I didn't have the sentiment I wanted in my stamp collection, so I created my sentiment on the computer.

Now pop on over to Die Cuttin' Divas and see all the fabulous inspiration the rest of the design team has come up with.
